People come to see us for instance if they have

Tension-related symptoms like
pain in back, neck, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, hands, eyes, clenched jaw/ grinding teeth or anywhere else in muscles, joints, bones, ligaments.

Stress-related symptoms like
frequent head aches, fatigue, burn out, grinding teeth, vertigo, restlessness, insomnia, digestive, cardiovascular problems…

Lifestyle “problems”
Organically from the inside out learn to promote more sound behaviors around eating, drinking, sleeping, working, social media, relationsships...

What you will learn:

You will learn to to identify unconscious physical, emotional and mental routines that interfere with health and performance.
For instance:

  • harmful movement and postural patterns
  • harmful mental attitudes in activity (too concentrated, too distracted, too relaxed, endgaining) 
  • harmful emotional stress reaction patterns 

These habits can interfere with all kinds of natural functions from non-verbal communication, voice production to problem solving, decision making, and will in general result in more stereotypical behaviors instead of tailor-made behaviors for the moment.

By discerning how they manifest in your body (too much/ too little muscle tension, interference with breathing and other natural functions) you can learn to change your behavior indirectly through its physical expression. Strengthening your “mental muscle” of awareness in activity you will become able to have more conscious control.

How you learn it:

We use carefully crafted teaching material like images, videos and language metaphors to teach how your body is designed to work with ease and to correct common misconceptions about your own design that result in pain and conditions

With verbal instruction and guidance by a sophisticated kind of touch we give you a first hand experience how it feels like when you stop your interfering patterns, which can be experienced as a great relief.

As examples we use simple activities of your life like lying down, standing, walking, sitting down in a chair or any other activity or situation of your choice.
