Seated Amma massage is a rhythmic sequence of pressure, stretching and percussion designed to relax the entire upper body (back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and head).
Derived from Amma (an ancestral Japanese practice), this non-therapeutic relaxation technique is performed on an ergonomic chair through clothing.
This massage provides a feeling of general well-being, helps to reduce muscular tension and stress levels and stimulates vitality throughout the body.
Prices :
25€ for a 20-minute session
30€ for a 30-minute session
