On Tuesday 22 November 2022, in the context of the Afghan week proposed by ACAS, the Cultural Association of Afghans in Strasbourg,  in order to celebrate the centenary of the first Franco-Afghan friendship treaty, the Amicale of Staff member of the Council of Europe will welcome Régis Koetschet, former French ambassador to Afghanistan and diplomat, author of : Régis Koetschet, former French ambassador to Afghanistan and diplomat, author of "A Kaboul rêvait mon père, André Malraux en Afghanistan" and "Diplomate dans l'Orient en crise, Jérusalem et Kaboul, 2002-2008" and Étienne Gille, President of AFRANE, humanitarian association for Franco-Afghan friendship, author of "80 mots d'Afghanistan". The Amicale invites you to meet them on 22 November at 1.30 pm in room G04, at the Agora, for a meeting and the presentation of their work followed by a signing session.
