The activity report and financial report of the Association for 2017 was presented at the Annual General Staff Meeting on 5 June 2018.
The Amicale would like to invite the children of members of the Amicale of the Council of Europe for a day out at Europa-Park on Sunday 2 December 2018 from 11:00 am.
The children (aged from 4 to 15 years old) who are registered will receive a free admission ticket and a € 5 gift card to be spent in the park.
Admission tickets will be valid only on 2 December 2018.
Registration is open exclusively to agents, ECHR Judges, members of Permanent Delegations or the European Ombudsman who are members of the Amicale. You must complete the electronic registration form and submit it by Sunday 11 November 2018 at the latest.
Staff members on mission, leave or sick leave at the time of registration can be registered by colleagues.
2/ Admission fees
Children from 4 to 15 years old will receive free admission and a € 5 gift voucher to be spent in the park. Europa-Park is free of charge for children up to 3 years old. Accompanying adults and children over 15 who register will pay a negotiated rate of € 34 each. They will receive a voucher which they should use to purchase their discount admission tickets upon arrival at any of the ticket desks located at the entrance of the Park.
For additional un-registered admissions, tickets can be bought directly at the park at the standard price.
Vouchers will be distributed during week 47; places and exact dates for collection will be communicated later.
Europa-Park is located in Rust, Germany (Europa-Park-Straße, 277977 Rust).
We advise you to arrive at 11:00 am at the park opening time in order to make the most of the whole day. The park closes at 7:00 pm.
We encourage carpooling. Please post an offer on the dedicated Amicale site if you have any seats available in your vehicle. People who are interested will then contact you directly.
Parents are fully responsible for their children. If the former will not be present during the outing, we kindly ask that they designate a colleague to take care of their child(ren). Consequently, the colleague(s) they have designated will be responsible for these children. Staff Amicale will not accept any responsibility.
If you have any questions, please contact the Amicale.
