The World Day for Laboratory Animals took place on April 24. To demonstrate its disagreement against barbaric, useless and unproductive practices, a German collective of doctors against animal experimentation and vivisection "Ärzte gegen Tierversuche" is calling for a national mobilisation on Saturday 28th April 2018 from 14h00 to 16h00, at the Pont de l'Europe.
Various associations including 269 Life France, L214 Ethics and Animals, Pro Anima, and Black Forrest Animal will organise a "Silent Line": a silent human chain on the Pont de l'Europe which connects Kehl and Strasbourg.
Activists are invited to dress in white (a medical gown would be perfect), and to take pictures of vivisection. During the event do not wear leather, even fake fur, and do not come with pets.
We are counting on your high turn out to lend your voice to the plight of laboratory animals. Animal testing is useless, it is a torture for the animals and it always involves their death.
