If you want to be fit and fine again, you have energy to spare, why not try a “Boxing course”? The courses have been taking place for more than 2 years under the coaching of Guy and Karim. The training sessions take place every Tuesday at noon and Wednesday at 18:00 hours in the Sports facilities in the bastion.
