Based on simple, easy-to-do postures and laying a special emphasis on breathing, Hatha Yoga gives those who practise it regularly a new sense of well-being and serenity. It is an effective antidote to the stress and breakneck pace of life today.
Sessions are run by Jean-Marc Lassiat, a teacher from the French Hatha Yoga Federation, whose approach is traditional and geared to relaxation.
They take place on Tuesdays, from 12.15 p.m. to 1.30 pm. in room 1 of the Bastion and are suitable for beginners and open to staff of the permanent representations.
Recommended clothing: sports clothing, socks, blanket for relaxation
Registration
On the spot, with the teacher. Price: 160 euros for 10 tickets.
Subscription to the French Hatha Yoga Federation (36 €) and the Amicale of the CoE compulsory.
