L'Amicale regularly organises seated relaxation sessions.
The technique involves applying pressure to the body with the fingers to revitalise the body and mind and relieve stress. It's a real moment of relaxation.
The aim of this treatment is to promote well-being and let go. It has no therapeutic purpose.

The Amicale music section is offering tickets at a special rate of €22 (instead of the full rate of €28) for performances by the participatory choir directed by Luciano Bibiloni, choirmaster of the Petits Chanteurs de Strasbourg (Maîtrise de l'Opéra national du Rhin) and the Orchestre du Rhin, who are joining forces to present the 8th edition of a major participatory project in Strasbourg.
