How can I reduce muscular tension? How can you reduce stress at work and increase your powers of concentration?

L'Amicale regularly organises seated relaxation sessions.

The technique involves applying pressure to the body with the fingers to revitalise the body and mind and relieve stress. It's a real moment of relaxation.
