We either slump or sit up straight. Neither makes us comfortable in the long run. Because both are a combination of too little and too much tension, contributing to pain and injury in all kinds of body regions: back, neck, wrists, elbows, head, eyes…

There are alternatives. 

This 75 min course provides you with practical knowledge every office worker needs to know about their body. 

  • Learn how your body is designed to sit effortlessly.
  • Learn about common ways we interfere with that design while we sit and work at a computer.
