Entire oeuvre of the painter Dragan Karadžić is essentially devoted to the deep and delicate sense of nature and its universal categories. Despite a distant associativeness in some of his landscapes, a careful and attentive viewer will notice that the artist’s attitude to nature is not a mere transference of the experience and impressions of a particular natural setting but a transposition into the visual feld of timeless rhythms of soil, air and water, according to the principles consistent with Eastern philosophy.
