I studied ancient techniques of hand modeling in Baku. Using this ancient technique, I initiate my artwork from strong stone mass with cordierite additives specially developed for my sculptures. My work is influenced by the endless pursuit of perfection, and I’m fascinated with the results that are created through this process. For me the continuity of the elegant line is very important. I am inspired by the natural asymmetry of form. I am just looking for harmony and the beauty of form. This process can be compared to creating a dance. I am like a choreographer who creates beautiful movements from clay. I am in constant search of beautiful movement and harmonious proportions. Each sculpture has unique, magical shapes and bends that evoke different reactions in each viewer. A soul lives in the contours of each vessel. They represent life, heart, soul and longevity. The flowing lines appeal to human emotions, as if they could give birth to a new fifth element of sensory power – the embodiment of the existing four elements: water, earth, air and fire. To show love and passion for each element, I have created a unique symbol, “4 heart”. I am an award winner and a laureate of regional, Russian and international exhibitions. My work is exhibited at the Museum of Ethnography and Natural Sciences (Moldova), as well as in private collections in Russia, England, Italy, Hungary and Moldova.
