Many who sit a lot in front of screens for a living suffer from pain, stiffness and other symptoms in neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists.

 

Apart from sport, exercises, massages etc. there things you can do yourself to help yourself - like learning how your body is actually designed and designed to move. We usually have many misconceptions about our body which contribute to pain and injury because these fantasies make us use ourselves in ways we just aren’t designed for. 

 

This 75 minutes course provides you with practical information every office worker needs to know about their body. You will learn through images, intellectually and kinaesthetically by real world examples from the office how you contribute to your ailments while working what you can do differently to help yourself.
