The Caribbean dance section workshops provide an introduction to traditional and modern West Indian dances, for all levels. They combine fitness, cardio-training and anti-stress benefits, while offering you a chance to enjoy yourself, listen to Caribbean rhythms and learn more about Caribbean culture. The sessions include a gradual warm-up, followed by short choreographies inspired by different dances from the West Indies: gwo ka from Guadeloupe, Bèlè from Martinique, Haitian Kompa, biguine, mazurka, Caribbean quadrille, zouk, kuduro.

Vendredis, 13.10-14.00 Salle de danse du Bastion (Room 3)
Le "Bastion" se situe à proximité du Palais
Pour s'y rendre: prendre l'ascenceur no 2 au Palais, aller au niveau - 2, sortir à droite et traverser la cour en direction du petit espace garage (diagonale gauche). La salle de danse sera la première sur la gauche une fois que vous serez entré dans le Bastion (badge nécessaire). Vous pouvez aussi demander au vigile dans la guérite en sortant à gauche du Palais de vous indiquer la direction de la salle 3.
