Rostyslav Hlukhovetskyy, who graduated from the Fine Arts Academy of Lviv (Ukraine) and from the École des Arts Décoratifs of Strasbourg, currently teaches art at the Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués of Strasbourg. He gives drawing and painting lessons on Monday and Thursday evenings at the Council of Europe.
