Tasting of delicacies from Sicily on 8 February

The Amicale and one of its partners, Délices de Sicile, are pleased to invite you to a tasting from 6 pm to 9 pm on 8 February in the Parliamentarians Bar. The company Délices de Sicile selects the best artisans located on the slopes of Mount Etna and the surrounding region. Several of them have received awards, such as the delicatessen who has won numerous national and international awards for the quality of his charcuterie.

The variety of food on offer will be rich and varied: recipes based on "Tarocco" blood oranges; Mediterranean tuna; pesto made from fish (tuna, swordfish); sauce made with Pachino tomatoes; tuna sauce; as well as dried cherry tomatoes from Pachino; and of course charcuterie from the Nebrodi mountains, a delicacy for any gourmet.

A contribution of 10€ will be requested at the entrance to cover the cost of the tasting.
