The Council of Europe staff association is organizing a "Balkan Solidarity" concert on 21 November 2014 at 6.30 pm in the Hemicycle of the Palais de l'Europe in Strasbourg. The concert will take you through time and space, from the Middle Ages to the present day through the classical period, and from Europe to Latin America through the Arab world. The entry is free and children are welcome, by registration only (form hereafter), depending on availability. A fundraising and CD sales will be organised for the benefit of associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Serbia and in Bulgaria to assist victims of the floods that devastated several regions.
