Jean-Charles DE CORDES, staff member at the Brussels Office of the Council of Europe, will participate in the bike race from Brussels to Saigon (16 stages -16 teams), which is organized by the NGO “Mekong Plus”. His team will take part in stage 10, which leads from Tbilisi (Georgia) to Baku (Azerbaijan) : departure from Tbilisi on 27^th September and arrival in Baku on Saturday 4^th October 2014. In addition to the athletic challenge, the aim is to collect 10.000e in the benefit of the activities of the association Mekong Plus in Vietnam and Cambodia.
