As you might know, the Cezam ticketing offer of the Amicale is valid for one calendar year (from January to December) and unfortunately renewals are not automatic from one year to another. This has several advantages for the Amicale, as it namely allows us to expand the list of members who benefit from this offer from one year to another, and it ensures that only members who are actually interested in using these accounts regularly do benefit from it.

As usual, we launch the process of renewing the accounts for 2026, or requesting the creation of new ones before the end of the year.

If you took advantage of the offer in 2025 and your account is activated - please answer this questionnaire before 10 December to let us know if you want to renew your account in 2026.

If you did not benefit from the offer this year, but would like to benefit from it, please complete the following questionnaire before 14 December and provide your name, surname and personal email address (we kindly request that our members do not use their professional email addresses on external sites for security reasons).

All this information will be sent to Cezam on 15 December. They will then send you an email asking to validate/create your account before the end of the year (or extend your access to 2026 for those who already have an account). You will need to click on that email on “create my account” to set a password, after which your account will be active. For renewal access, the process is the same – only you will have to just confirm the existing information to prolong the access in 2026.

We remind colleagues that once your account is active, you can order paper tickets or e-tickets from Cezam. e-tickets from Cezam can be purchased on their website, mobile app or directly at their head office (Espace Européen de l'Entreprise, 1 rue de la Haye, 67300 Schiltigheim) on Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:00 and 18:00.

As a reminder, there is a difference between the Amicale's standard offer (free of charge for members as part of the annual subscription to the Amicale) and the Cezam Card, a non-compulsory option for which there is a charge in addition to the free access offered by the Amicale (see picture).
