The Permanent Representation of Ukraine to the Council of Europe and the Association MICT France-Ukraine invite you to a projection of the Ukrainian film ““Yaroslaw the Wise: The Europe’s Father-in-law” (Ярослав Мудрий: Тесть Європи)”, by a Ukrainian film director Ms Olesia Nohina.

The Projection is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s accession to the Council of Europe. This screening highlights Ukraine’s European historical legacy, its dynastic ties with European royal houses, as well as its contribution to the shared cultural heritage of Europe. The film is presented in partnership with the Council of Europe Observatory on History Teaching in Europe.

The event will take place at the Projection Room of the Palais at the Council of Europe on 23 October 2025, at 5 pm.
