The Caribbean Dance Section offers you the opportunity to combine relaxation, exercise, and cultural discovery through an introduction to traditional and modern Caribbean dances. For all levels. Please come an join us! (1st lesson free of charge)
Both traditional and modern West Indian music will help you to unwind while at the same time having fun and learning a little about Caribbean culture.
The sessions include a gradual and invigorating warm-up, followed by short choreographies inspired by different dances from the West Indies.
