European Romance Novel Prize: meet the winners Mabrouck Rachedi and Louise Kennedy
The European Romance Novel Prize is a literary prize offered by the Book1 association and the amicale du personnel du Conseil de l'Europe, in partnership with European institutional partners, the André Malraux multimedia library and with the support of the city of Strasbourg.
The third edition of the Prize, launched last April, featured 10 novels selected by the institutional partners. Following an eight-month online voting period and several discussion meetings, the “grand jury” met in January to vote for their favorite books. Two joint winners were chosen: Irish author Louise Kennedy for her novel “Trespasses”, and French author Mabrouck Rachedi for his book “Tous les mots qu'on ne s'est pas dits”.
The two authors are invited to an awards ceremony at Strasbourg's City Hall on April 16, after which you can meet them at the André Malraux multimedia library from 6.30 pm to 8 pm for a literary encounter, followed by a book signing. The meeting will take place in the conference room, and admission is free without prior registration.
Come and meet the two co-winners of the third edition of the Prix européen du roman d'amour! A not-to-be-missed moment of exchange and literary passion.
