The Permanent Representation of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe is pleased to invite you to the ethno-jazz concert of the musical group led by Azerbaijani pianist Emil AFRASIYAB, Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, winner of the Audience Award at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 2011, graduated with honors from the famous Berklee College of Music, composed of:

Alakbar ALLAKBAROV – Honored Artist of Azerbaijan (Tar/lute)

This concert, organized jointly with the Azerbaijani National Commission for UNESCO on the occasion of the Novruz Festival (Spring Festival), will take place:
