There will be a Pilates workshop on Tuesday 31 January from 6pm to 7.30pm in Salle A, Level O, The Agora. Price 20 euros. We will be doing short ‘flows’ combining a few Pilates mat exercises, followed by a long relaxation and stretching session. No previous experience required.
