Caribbean dances : a musical interlude to relax !
Every Friday, the Caribbean dance section offers you a musical interlude during which you can discover traditional and modern dances from the Caribbean. You can exercise whilst having fun and relaxing at the same time.
The sessions start with a progressive warm-up and continue with short choreographies inspired by the various dances of the Caribbean: Gwo ka from Guadeloupe, Bèlè from Martinique, zumba-ka, biguine, mazurka, zouk, kuduro, carnival dances.
