As part of the commemorations of the abolition of slavery, the Caribbean Dance section invites you to a commemorative and cultural day that it is co-organising with the Strasbourg-based association, Karaïb' Vibe. On the programme: Morning, 11am - 1.30pm: Exhibitions (history, novels, Creole language) - Animations on the Martinique bèlè drum, dance demonstration, quiz on the theme of the day. Afternoon, 2.30-5.30 pm: Gwoka dance workshop, with Paris-based dancer-choreographer Max Diakok, from Guadeloupe.

On this occasion, the works carried out by the Council of Europe to fight against human trafficking will be introduced.
