The Amicale trip to Europa-Park is scheduled to take place on Sunday 12 December 2021.
Amicale is in contact with Europa-Park to confirm that the children’s Christmas party can take place and establish how the tickets will be issued.
In the meantime, given that there is less than a month left, those of you who would like to go are invited to register your families now.
In order to benefit from this offer, you must fulfil the following three conditions:
- be a member of the Amicale* and
- be a Council of Europe staff member, a Judge at the European Court of Human Rights or a member of a Permanent Representation and
- be fully vaccinated or have a certificate proving recovery from COVID-19 (condition imposed by the current public health situation and the regulations in force in the State of Baden-Württemberg).
If you fulfil these three requirements, Amicale has the pleasure to invite you to register your children aged 4-12** years to receive a free admission ticket. If you do not have any children, or if you have older children who do not qualify for free tickets, you can still register in order to benefit from a negotiated tariff (details to follow).
Tickets will be valid only on 12 December 2021.
Registration is open exclusively to the above-mentioned Amicale members who must complete and submit the registration form online by Tuesday 30 November at the latest.
Staff members who are on mission, leave or sick leave can be registered by colleagues before the deadline.
2/ Admission fees
The Amicale will cover the entrance costs of children aged 4 to 12** years.
Accompanying adults, children over 12 years old and any other members of the Amicale who wish to benefit from a possible negotiated rate must register. Further information concerning the offer will then be sent to them by e-mail as soon as possible.
If a voucher system is put in place this year, the vouchers will be distributed during week 49 (places and exact dates for collection will be communicated in due course). Alternatively, details of any other special arrangements which Europa-Park may put in place for the payment and collection of tickets will be provided in due course.
Europa-Park is located in Rust, Germany (Europa-Park-Straße, 277977 Rust): www.europapark.de/en. The park closes at 7 pm. Bus No. 271 from Strasbourg (coach station behind Les Halles shopping centre) arrives at Europa-Park at 11:00 and leaves Europa-Park at 19:00 to return to Strasbourg – upon reservation only.
Parents are fully responsible for their children. The Amicale does not accept any responsibility.
If you have any questions, please contact the Amicale at: email@example.com.
* The Amicale payment (25€) is automatically deducted from the salary of permanent staff members each July, unless they have opted out of the Amicale. Temporary staff members and members of diplomatic missions who have not already done so can subscribe online and pay by bank card by clicking on the following link: https://www.amicale-coe.eu/en/abonnement.html. Payments must be made before registering. If you have any doubts, please contact the Amicale secretariat: firstname.lastname@example.org.
** Europa-Park is free of charge for children up to 3 years old. Children aged 13 to 15 years can be included in the second table so that any remaining places can be allocated accordingly (first to the 13 year olds, then to the 14 year olds, and finally to the 15 year olds).
