New West African Languages and Culture course
Nanguene def, On belike eh dian, Albe kheraato (one of the many ways of greeting in Wolof, Peuhl and Mandingo respectively)
If you are interested in languages in general, if you are particularly interested in West African cultures, if you are planning a trip (once the travel restrictions have been lifted), or if you would simply like to learn about Wolof, Peuhl and Mandingo, or to get to know the customs and taboos of this part of Africa in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, then this course is made for you.
Mamadou Guirassy, a Senegalese living between Luxembourg and France, will be welcoming you (online) for a moment of escape into African realities, every Thursday from 5 to 6.30 pm.
More information on the Amicale's page dedicated to this new course : Langues et culture Ouest africaines - Amicale du Conseil de l'Europe (amicale-coe.eu) / West African languages and culture - Council of Europe's Amicale (amicale-coe.eu)
