Every year, 8 March is an opportunity to take stock of women's rights around the world. On this occasion, the European Union delegation to the Council of Europe offers an online conference entitled "Beyond the glass ceilings: Overcoming obstacles and achieving gender equality in the 21st century".

Journalists, ambassadors, academics and senior civil servants will make up the panel that will explore the persistent obstacles to women's careers. To participate, simply log on on Monday 8 March from 15:00 to 16:30.
