Today's exercises have been prepared by Olivia Conrad. It is a new cardio-fitness training made out of 9 exercises. It’s called "Fit & firm workout".

Look carefully at the picture to adapt your position for each exercise. You will need dumbbells (max 1 or 2 kilos). Let's go!

  3. 10 push up into side plank with dumbbells.

  5. 10 hip extensions with one outstretched leg.
  6. 10 plank leg split jumps.
  7. 10 high plank knee touches on outstretched legs.
  8. 10 high plank with arm extension on the floor.
  9. 10 alternating jump lunges.
