Today's exercises have been prepared by Olivia Conrad. It is a new cardio-fitness training made out of 9 exercises. It’s called "Fit & firm workout".
Look carefully at the picture to adapt your position for each exercise. You will need dumbbells (max 1 or 2 kilos). Let's go!

- 10 push up into side plank with dumbbells.

- 10 hip extensions with one outstretched leg.
- 10 plank leg split jumps.
- 10 high plank knee touches on outstretched legs.
- 10 high plank with arm extension on the floor.
- 10 alternating jump lunges.
