Here is the new work of the day proposed by Olivia Conrad.

You will have to do these 10 exercises 3 times in a row, taking a 2 mn break before starting a new serie.
1. 1 minute jumping jack.
2. 30 squats.
3. 1 minute running on the spot.
4. 30 crunch abds.
5. 1 minute of jumping rope.
6. 30 step up on a chair or step.
7. 1 minute of knees rising up.
8. 30 push-up on your knees - do 3 times 10 push-up.
9. 1 minute jumping jack.
10. 30 Russian Twist abds.
