Registration for the Christmas visit to Europa-Park for the Children of the Staff Amicale

Calendar from 16/10/2019 to 21/12/2019

Amicale would like to invite the children of its members for a day out at Europa-Park on Sunday 1 December 2019 starting 11.00 am.

This offer is only for members of the Amicale.

Staff members, members of Permanent Representations, Judges at the European Court of Human Rights and the staff of the European Ombudsman and the European Parliament, who are members of the Amicale, can register their children aged 4-12* years to receive a free admission ticket.

Amicale members who do not have children, or who have older children who do not qualify for free tickets, can still benefit from the negotiated tariff (€36.50) if they register.

Tickets will be valid only on 1 December 2019.

1/ Registration
Registration is open exclusively to Amicale members who must complete and submit the registration form online by Sunday 10 November at the latest.

Staff members who are on mission, leave or sick leave at the time of registration can be registered by colleagues before the deadline.

2/ Admission fees
The Amicale will cover the entrance costs of children aged 4 to 12* years (Europa-Park is free of charge for children up to 3 years old).

Accompanying adults, children over 12 years old and any other members of the Amicale who wish to benefit from the negotiated rate of € 36.50 must register to receive a voucher which they should use to purchase their discount admission tickets at any of the ticket desks located at the entrance of the Europa-Park (valid on 1 December only).

Vouchers will be distributed during week 47; places and exact dates for collection will be communicated later.

3/ Transport
Europa-Park is located in Rust, Germany (Europa-Park-Straße, 277977 Rust): www.europapark.de/en.

The park closes at 7.00 pm.

We encourage carpooling. Please post an offer on the dedicated Amicale site if you have any seats available in your vehicle. People who are interested will then contact you directly.

4/ Liability

Parents are fully responsible for their children. If the former will not be present during the outing, we kindly ask that they designate a colleague to take care of their child(ren). Consequently, the colleague(s) they have designated will be responsible for these children. The Amicale does not accept any responsibility.

If you have any questions, please contact the Amicale at: amicale.noel@coe.int.

* You can include your children aged 13 to 15 years in the appropriate table in the form so that if there are available places, they can be allocated accordingly (first to the 13 year olds, then to the 14 year olds, and finally to the 15 year olds).
