RESUMING Caribbean dance classes
Caribbean dance classes will start again on Friday 27 September.
A great way to get fit, relieve stress and have fun to the sound of traditional and modern music from the Caribbean and learn more about Caribbean culture.
The classes take the form of a warm up followed by short choreographies, on slow or rapid rythms, including steps from gwo ka from Guadeloupe, Bèlè from Martinique, biguine, mazurka, zouk, kuduro, etc.
Time/venue: Friday, 1.10 - 2.00 p.m., Bastion Dance Room (3)
For all levels
Cloth: fitness/workout cloth and bare feet (full skirts are available).
