Pilates is a precise and controlled approach to exercise and body conditioning. It helps you to establish healthy movement patterns which improve and strengthen your body and teaches you how to move with grace, freedom and economy of movement. Pilates is an investment in your body, not just for today but for the rest of your life! Classes are now for one hour and fifteen minutes and will include an extended cool down/relaxation period at the end with music. Both classes will be mixed ability.
