Sophrology sessions are organized every Thursday at the Agora between 12 and 2 pm.

Depending on the energy of the group (8 persons maximum), Corinne FREYSS, firstly nurse, then therapist, offers an intuitive and evolutionary accompaniment, custom-made.

 

On the schedule :  energetical cleaning, various breathings, withholding movements, visualizations and meditations…

              80 € for an individual customized session
