The Council of Europe Choir and the Choir Edu.Cant from Barcelona will give a concert on 16 June 2018 (8 pm, St Bernard Church)

The Council of Europe’s Choir and “la Coral Edu.Cant” of Barcelona will unite their voices on 16 June 2018, from 8 pm, for a charity concert at St Bernard Church in Strasbourg. The two choirs will interpret an eclectic programme , together and separately, with music ranging from classical (Gabriel Fauré) to contemporary (Queen, Leonard Cohen). The choirs will also interpret gospel music to illustrate that the 16 June was set as the "Day of the African Child", all proceeds from the concert will go to the public school Nzangogna in Bangui (Republic of Central Africa). The Council of Europe’s choir rehearses on Wednesdays at the Agora between 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm.
