The Caribbean dance sessions are resuming on Friday 6 October.

Caribbean dances section proposes an introductory course to West Indian traditional dances, for all levels.  It combines fitness, cardio-training and anti-stress, while offering a chance of enjoying yourself, listening to Caribbean rythms and learning more about Caribbean culture. Dances will include: gwo ka from Guadeloupe, Bèlè from Martinique, zumba-ka, biguine, mazurka, zouk, kuduro.
