On the occasion of the Council of Europe Day and the 25th anniversary of Bulgaria's accession to the Organisation, one of the most famous Bulgarian mezzo-sopranos, Vesselina KACAROVA, will perform at the Hemicyle of Palais de l'Europe, on 4t May 2017 from 6 pm. She will be accompanied by the talented Bulgarian pianist Viktoria Vassilenko. The event will take at the Palais de l'Europe in the presence of Ms Katia Todorova, Permanent Representative of Bulgaria to the Council of Europe.
An exhibition of 5 Bulgarian artists (painting, graphics and iconography) "Bulgaria: traditions and modernity" will be organised in parallel in the lobby of the Chamber from 25 April to 5 May 2016.
