Due to an unforeseen event, the enology evening with our Master Sommelier Frédéric Voné on the theme of “Discovering 5 champagnes produced by small wine makers” (Brut-Pink-Vintage) initially scheduled on 19 January has been postponed to 23 FEBRUARY.

The evening is planned as follows:

• 7.15pm Welcome
• 7.30pm Presentation and wine tasting accompanied by a cocktail party:

• The history of Champagne
• The making of champagne
• Sampling of a selection of champagnes
• Wine pairing (The champagnes will be served with marinated smoked salmon, foie gras, terrines and other delicacies each one prepared to enhance the qualities of the different vintages) 

Register now to avoid disappointment. The number of places is limited to 25. The price per person is 45 Euros.
