Morten Andersen, a 35 year-old chef from Lofoten, Norway, proposes to share with us (in English) his recipes and culinary tips in separate courses lasting approximately 2 hours. The first course is scheduled for October 15th at 5:00 pm. Cost: 55 euros and includes of course savoring food and wine
This young chef, who gained several prizes and a 1st prize in arctic cookery during his 17 years of practice in Norway, also spent time in China and Italy learning the ways of mastering the cuisine of these two countries.
In his course, he gives a priority to products of the sea and also a large space to preparing lamb and game recipes.
The course will take place at 1a rue du Noyer, Schiltigheim, in Laurence Dalon's kitchen.
