The Candela Association, together with the Council of Europe Staff 'Amicale', is launching an appeal as part of its Rumba y Candela 5 Festival to raise funds for Cubasueño, a non-profit association which sends medical equipment to Cuba, especially for treating children.

Donations can be made via weezevent from now until the end of the festival on 16 February 2015.
