Jean-Charles DE CORDES, staff member at the Brussels Office of the Council of Europe, will participate in the bike race from Brussels to Saigon (16 stages -16 teams), which is organized by the NGO “Mekong Plus”. His team will take part in stage 10, which leads from Tbilisi (Georgia) to Baku (Azerbaijan) : departure from Tbilisi on 27th September and arrival in Baku on Saturday 4th October 2014. In addition to the athletic challenge, the aim is to collect 10.000e in the benefit of the activities of the association Mekong Plus in Vietnam and Cambodia.
