This year’s traditional Staff Amicale Children’s Christmas event will take place at Europa-Park on Sunday 1 December 2013 from 11:00 am. This is open to children from 4 to 12 years old of Amicale members, ECHR Judges, members of Permanent delegations and of the European Ombudsman.
The first 530 registered children from 4 to 12 years old will receive a free admission ticket and a 5-euro gift card to be spent in the park.
Admission tickets will be valid only on 1 December 2013.
For children above 4 years old, the entrance will be free and the parents will get the discount price of 26,50€.
Registration is open exclusively to Amicale members who must complete the electronic registration form and submit it by Friday 8 November 2013 at the latest.
To access the form, log-in with your Council of Europe email address and your usual password. After completing the form simply click on “finish”.
Staff members on mission, leave or sick leave at the time of registration can be registered by colleagues.
2/ Admission fees
A maximum of 530 children from 4 to 12 years old will receive free admission and a 5-euro gift voucher to be spent in the park. Europa-Park is free of charge for children up to 3 years old. Accompanying adults and children over 12 who register will pay a negotiated rate of 26.50 euros each. They will receive a voucher which they should use to purchase their discount admission tickets upon arrival at the special “Council of Europe” ticket desk at the entrance to the Park. The vouchers are valid only on 1 December 2013.
For additional un-registered admissions, tickets can be bought directly at the park at the standard price.
Vouchers will be distributed during week 47; places and exact dates for collection will be communicated later.
Europa-Park is located in Rust, Germany (Europa-Park-Straße, 277977 Rust).
We advise you to arrive at 11:00 am at the park opening time in order to make the most of the whole day. The park closes at 7:00 pm.
We encourage carpooling. Please post an offer on the Amicale dedicated site if you have any seats available in your vehicle. People who are interested will then contact you directly.
Parents are fully responsible for their children. If the former will not be present during the outing, we kindly ask that they designate a colleague to take care of their child(ren). Consequently, the colleague(s) they have designated is/are responsible for these children. Staff Amicale will not accept any responsibility.
