Strengthening all the muscles in your body is one of the keys to good health! This class will help you improve your posture, tone your muscles, strengthen your joints, and feel more comfortable in your everyday movements as well as during your workouts, all while clearing your mind through fun circuit training.
Emmanuelle is passionate about physical and mental well-being, and became a sports coach to promote physical activity for health. Whether in group classes or private coaching, she works to support her students in achieving their goals, whatever they may be.
Location: Agora - Cardio-boxing Room, Level 0
Date: Wednesdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Price: €80 per quarter
Come in sportswear and bring a towel and a bottle of water. Shoes are not allowed in the room (classes are held in socks or bare feet).
