Action in support of schoolchildren in Mayotte: the Rotary clubs of Strasbourg are
mobilising to re-equip nursery school classrooms

On Friday 16 May at 8 p.m., the Temple Neuf in Strasbourg will host an
exceptional concert dedicated to solidarity and artistic excellence
.
On the programme
A musical journey combining lyricism and virtuosity with two talented artists:
• Lyazzat Abdullina, internationally acclaimed Kazakh cellist
• Nacer Zerfaoui, young pianist and prodigious conductor.They will perform a selection of works by Fauré, Bach, Saint-Saëns, Piazzolla and others. An emotional and beautiful evening in aid of a noble cause.

A clear goal: to reopen two nursery school classes in Mayotte
All proceeds from the concert, as well as donations collected, will be donated to the Association
Mahoraise pour la Petite Enfance ARC EN CIEL, which educates 150 children in Mamoudzou. After the cyclone, two classrooms remain unusable due to a lack of basic equipment such as chairs, tables, textbooks and supplies, etc.
