Monday: 17.45 – Low Impact & Stability Ball
Tuesday: 17.45 – Cardio Interval Training
The Monday and Tuesday evening classes will be based on a cardiovascular workout, beginning with a warmup and stretching, alternating exercises for the entire upper and lower body with weights and resistance-tubing (materials will be supplied by the instructor) during the aerobic workout, followed by a cooldown, and abdominal work and stretching
Wednesday and Thursday: 12.15 – Stability Ball / Core Muscle Toning / Stretching
An all-over body toning class, using the resistance tubing, weights and stability balls – emphasis will be on core muscles, as well as the upper and lower body. The class will end with a relaxing stretch. Classes are for all levels, ages, shapes and sizes! If you have never worked with the exercise balls, you will discover they are very user-friendly, great for strengthening your back and working the abs! Beginners and advanced students are welcome – you will be challenged to work at your own level. The Monday evening and 12:15 classes are better choices for beginners.
Classes take place at the Council of Europe's sport room.
