“The aim of the Amicale is to contribute to the improvement of staff living conditions, to promote solidarity and cohesion among Council of Europe staff, and to undertake, encourage and ensure the smooth running of social, cultural, sporting and leisure activities set up for the benefit of its members. [...]” (Article 2).
