On the 4th of December, the Amicale of the Council of Europe warmly invites you to join us at the Charity Market for Ukraine on the ground floor of the Palais from 11 am to 3 pm. There, you will have the opportunity to discover traditional cakes, decorations, and national souvenirs from around Europe enjoy a Saint Nicholas presence, and participate in a tombola with numerous prizes offered by permanent representations..

All funds raised will be donated to the crisis psychological support for children project by Emile Foundation and Children of Heroes NGO, which will provide psychological support to help Ukrainian children cope with grief, adapt to their new realities, and survive the trauma of loss.”

Please take note that the tombola draw ceremony will take place at 13:30, only those who are present in person at the ceremony will be able to receive prizes.

The tombola ticket sales will begin on the following days and locations:

• 26th November: Palais de l’Europe (main entrance hall) from 12:15 to 13:45
• 27th November: uropean Court of Human Rights (main entrance hall) from 12:15 to 13:45
• 28th November: Agora (main entrance hall) from 12:15 to 13:45
