Derived from an ancestral Japanese technique, this short and particularly effective massage combines pressure points and stretches on the areas usually the most tense (back, trapezius, neck, arms and hands).
Carried out on an ergonomic chair, through the clothes, the seated amma provides deep physical and mental relaxation. It also provides a boost of energy and improves attention span.
N.B.: This massage is intended for well-being and has no therapeutic purpose.
Tariff:
€25 for a 20-minute session
€30 for a 30-minute session
Timetables:
Seated massage sessions take place on Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm in the room (- 1031) Elevator 1 Level ( - 1) at the Palais
