The Amicale trip to Europa-Park is scheduled to take place between Saturday 7 and Sunday 22 December 2024. The vouchers will be valid for one visit during this period.
In order to benefit from this offer both of the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- be a member of the Amicale* and
- be a Council of Europe staff member, a Judge at the European Court of Human Rights or a member of a Permanent Representation.
If you fulfil both of these requirements, Amicale has the pleasure to invite you to register your children aged 4-12* years to receive a free admission ticket. If you do not have any children, or if you have older children who do not qualify for free tickets, you can still register in order to benefit from the negotiated tariff (€ 46.50).
Amicale relies on its members’ honesty and integrity to register their own children aged 4-12 years only!
Tickets will be valid only for one day between 7 and 22 December 2024.
The Amicale is pleased to inform its members that the children of the refugee families at the Ukrainian school and their mothers will be invited to join members and their children, to offer them a moment of magic too. Staff members who are hosting Ukrainian families can also register the children aged 4 to 12* of these families, if they will not benefit from this offer through the Ukrainian school.
1/ Registration
Registration is open exclusively to the above-mentioned Amicale members who must complete and submit the registration form online by Friday 8 November at the latest.
Staff members who are on mission, leave or sick leave at the time of registration can be registered by colleagues before the deadline.
2/ Admission fees
The Amicale will cover the entrance costs of children aged 4 to 12 years. Europa-Park is free of charge for children up to 3 years old (i.e. up until the day before their 4th birthday).
Accompanying adults, children aged 13 years and older and any other members of the Amicale who wish to benefit from the negotiated rate of € 46.50 must register to receive a voucher which they can use to purchase their discount admission tickets at Europa-Park (valid between 7 and 22 December only).
Vouchers will be distributed during week 48; places and exact dates for collection will be communicated later.
3/ Transport
Europa-Park is located in Rust, Germany (Europa-Park-Straße, 277977 Rust): www.europapark.de/en. The park closes at 7 pm. Bus No. 271 from Strasbourg (coach station behind Les Halles shopping centre) arrives at Europa-Park at 11:00 and leaves Europa-Park at 19:00 to return to Strasbourg – upon reservation only. NB: This information must be checked when the winter timetable is published in November.
4/ Liability
Parents are fully responsible for their children. If the former will not be present during the outing, we kindly ask that they designate a colleague to take care of their child(ren). Consequently, the colleague(s) they have designated will be responsible for these children. The Amicale does not accept any responsibility.
